I am extremely impressed with the team at Haxton. They ALWAYS greet me by name, say hello and ask how my day is going. The building itself is gorgeous and modern and is within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. A huge thanks to Jason with the maintenance team for all his help during my move in. The amenities are amazing with a state of the art gym, pool, loungers, grills, dog park and relaxing vibes. If you’re looking for a home that’s both beautiful and warm, then look no more because Haxton is where you need to be.

First, pay close attention to the positive reviews here. They’re all from people who ironically live at 5 places at the same time and leave positive reviews... they’re fake. Let me elaborate then. Look at your response to Allison. You claim you have only had “ONE noise complaint and it has been addressed”. What a lie. You’ve never addressed any. I have submitted at least three, I have a neighbor who has submitted several more for likely the same two apartments that you have let 8+ people move into, and you continue to do nothing. You’re unethical, you take 3+ weeks to respond to people here and it’s ridiculous. Appliances are cheap, carpet is cheap. It’s a good location and that’s it.

Love loving here! Neighbors are wonderful, office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, and our apartment is amazing! We love the amenities - dog run, playground, gym AND pool! The location is unbeatable. There's always open parking by us. Very quiet, we barely hear neighbors except for doors shutting. Highly recommend living here!

Well I should have read the reviews before moving in. One week here and I’m already wishing I hadn’t. Management is impossible to reach. And the noise is crazy- many tenants living here as co ops- like 8+ college students in an apartment. Management doesn’t care.

Worst place in slc I’ve ever lived. Management is horrible. Apartments claim they’re “luxury”. Take a close at your appliances and cheap carpet and fake floors; they’re not luxury and you’re paying above your dollar here. Don’t move in unless you plan on dealing with constant teens partying and loud noises at all hours of day and night.

A nightmare. Management has made mistakes on billing me for three months now and I have no question they are illegally stealing from other tenants as well. There have been several times when I have called and emailed, re forwarded emails for three weeks to management with no response. I finally got a hold of someone in upper management who said “I do not feel you have been ignored”. Most tenants are great but they’ll let anyone live here- many druggies, loud college parties all the time. Homeless people constantly in parking lot. Unethical place to live.

This is a great apartment building if you don't want to receive USPS mail for months on end. Since they don't deliver here, you never have to worry about the mailman taking your parking spot! Also, who needs to use the gym on Sundays, am I right? Noisy dogs are the best way to fall asleep at night, and there's nothing better than a bunch of co-eds curating your Friday night lullaby! Great appliances, though. Really. +1 star.
