Not very impressed with management, I have been a tenant for over a year and now they have decided to add another fee to my monthly rent, without giving me notice of what it was. I then called and was told it is for community maintenance, then when I explained my frustration they responded with "well you should be grateful, we have been saving you money because we have been incorrectly billing you and we now just caught it"... 13 months after I have been living at the community. BUT I must say Jason (the maintenance manager) is great to work with if anything needs to be repaired and is always friendly. Maybe management could learn something from him.

Good to hear I’m not the only one who has had such a horrible experience with management. The apartments have pretty cheap appliances, the washer has ripped my clothes several Times. Management has only ever been rude and dishonest. This is not a good place to live- they are so dishonest.

There are better places for the price. The management company is also unbelievably dishonest. Pay attention to the reviews. They’re very telling of everyone’s experience here. Shady people.

Disgusting management. Everything here is cheap. Window broke the first time I opened it (the lock crumbled in my hand) and then didn’t open correctly. See attached picture- windows do not just break like this unless they are not installed properly. I emailed management to come and fix it, they never did. When I moved out at the end of my lease they lied and said I apparent verbally confirmed that I broke it (?) and charged me $100 for the broken window. I think this perfectly sums up how disgusting Casey & property management is. Absolutely no integrity- these type of people are the reason we complain about the world we live in. Very cheap and sad, unfortunate people in management. I feel sorry for them, though. It takes a sad person to have so little integrity.

Management isn’t the greatest but they’ll work with you. Such a great community of people. Appliances are cheap and so is carpet for “luxury living” but overall, I liked living here a lot. I just wouldn’t spend what they’re asking on the apartments based on appliances and carpet. Jason, maintenance is the BOMB!

Notice all the 5 star reviewers also give reviews to Ridgeview apartments... and BOAST about how great it is to live here as if its some exclusive club. The amenities are not really all that great and appliances are cheap... the gym consists of a treadmill and bike, pool is pretty minimal for entertaining, but if you have dogs it seems like a nice dog walk. The stairwells are pretty gross and seem to be getting worse...(with trash leaking as its being carried out, never sprayed off the concrete, etc) and parking is a problem as they charge extra for covered stalls (but don't fill them all) which is half the parking lot.

These apartments seem like such a great place to live! I came in for a tour and Cait helped me out. She was very kind and informative about the property! Strongly recommend getting a tour from Cait if you're looking to live here!
