If you love not having AC, rude property management, no use of the pool and 300$ in extra utilities not on your lease, this place is for you. Rumor has it the 2 bedrooms also have bedbugs. Here's an example of taking care of the sidewalks for safety.

Haxton is a great place to live! The building is located on a quiet, tree-lined block, the units and the grounds are well-maintained and all requests are addressed promptly. The management office is located right across the street and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. Apartment layout is spacious but also cute and very home-like. Can't imagine a better place to live in the city!

I lived there for six years and it was a great stay. Quiet complex and maintained very well. Jason, the head of maintenance, was always very friendly and he did a wonderful job!

We have the absolute best maintenance guy. Had an unexpected maintenance emergency last week and Jason was quick to come to our rescue. He went above and beyond. Thanks Jason!
